I can't see any details on sky... Maybe you could lighten it a bit in levels panel? It'll still be dark and doomy, but way more easy to distinguish tone shades.
May be there is some problem with your monitor?

thanks for the message, that is strange i seem them with mine, but will see what i can do - it is always a bit of problem with dark colours and monitors, i am not sure what the best way to avoid that is

I have a problem with my PS CS6, it shows lighter colors, so I was trying to paint darker, it was a weird feeling, with my eyes in PS I saw that everything is fine, but the numbers said that everything is dark. And when I posted artworks in the internet, they looked way more dark than I planned.

And now I just force myself to paint lighter, and/or lighten up levels.
What may help YOU: viewing from other devices, printing on paper.
