Occupation: University student; inventor; part-time repairman; fist-fighter; avid computer gamer.
Description:
Good-humored, easy-going, laid-back. Cheerful to a fault. Highly tenacious and cannot be desuaded once he sets an unreasonable goal. Physically clumsy on land. Would make a very good swimmer if he managed to conquer his fears. A dreamer.
Fears:
Is very afraid of large bodies of water like an ocean or a rivers. Becomes petrified and hyperventilates if asked to swim. Usually stays in the kids section of the pool.

Of course! On his world, all otters wear swimming attire as part of their daily civilian attire so they can slip into the nearest river and canal within the city and travel to another part of the city quickly. A definite advantage over the other woodlanders who have to own a personal vehicle or a pay for public transport to get around.
For otters, every day is a beach party.

Being that my main goal as an artist was (and still is) to make an otter that looks like an otter, I can fully apprehiate this picture. Your otter design is well done and, yes, it looks like an otter. Otters are very fickle but very cool creatures to draw.

Since different people have different interpretations on how an anthropomorphic otter would look like anatomy-wise, mine isn't really the best interpretation by far.
So, do add your personal touches to your otter design. Really looking forward to see them.

I've almost have a design down for otter, but it keeps being mistook for a bear, but that's a common misperception for some so perhaps I really don't have to worry about it...
