it's more harder to animated a vector because .gif file don't allow transparency, but otherwise animate a vector use the same way that other kind of art and you can find a lot here on DA

i thought it was jpg that does accept transparency, i save all my animations as gif . .but to be honest i can't animate emotes. .no matter how hard it try

i can do facial expressions but when it comes to waving as you can see in this it just doesn't work and making the emote bounce or anything like that with out the previous layer showing up
