(5-14-16) I finally updated this! I've been meaning to for a while, and I changed up his backstory a bit.
Name: Levent
Gender: Male
Species: Chilly
Occupation: Engineer (currently works with air ride machines/stars-from Kirby Air Ride)
Residence: Shiver Star- Hail Horizon (country), Mundus Metropolis (city), pretty much lives in the factory he works in.
Age: 29
Personality: Levent is a fairly intelligent workaholic with a big heart. While he does put a lot focus on his job, he is more than capable of setting aside time to spend with his friends and family. In just about everything he does, he exerts his best efforts, and is frequently harsh on himself. With all the work he does, he tends to get a little isolated from others, but isn't really a shy person. He's a pacifist who is respectful, patient, and eager to help those in need, whether they’re a friend or not. Though he almost never becomes angry, it only takes so much to discourage him.
  He can often get anxious and overly cautious about things, even if they don’t pose a threat to him or someone else directly. Normally, he pays close attention to what happens around him, but he certainly does a lot of thinking at the same time. Levent has a degree of difficulty coping with confrontation of any kind on an emotional level, but is reasonably skilled with compromise to ensure a peaceful resolution. He’s commonly seen as a pushover, in the sense that he’d prefer to appease the other party as opposed to push a situation further if he can help it.
Background: Levent was raised in a small town, in a somewhat poor household consisting of his mother, father, and twin brother. Most of his childhood was spent gathering knowledge in a variety of fields, especially technology.
  As a kid, he’d visit a research facility dedicated to reactivating a gigantic, ancient robot, named HR-H (the boss of Shiver Star in Kirby 64). After spending so much time studying the machine, he was given the opportunity work on the HR-H in his late teens alongside a crew of engineers. His devotion and general skills allowed him to become the overseer of the project by his mid twenties. Down the road the team ran into their own debates, and they were split on the idea of rebuilding the robot to fulfill its initial sole purpose, being a weapon. Levent always had a strong dislike of violence, but decided to meet those who wanted a weapon halfway, and allow a limited attack mode to be included in its programming.
  When testing HR-H in a long deserted ghost town, the crew lost control of the robot as it went into a supposed rampage. Luckily, everyone scraped by with their lives when all was said and done. Kirby, who was in the area due to his mission to defeat Zero and his fleet of Dark Matter, took note of the trouble and defeated HR-H himself. Part of Levent was saddened about this, but he was mostly relieved with the fact everyone came out of the fiasco alive and whatever caused this to happen was dealt with.
  Levent shifted his attention to air ride machines as a less stressful alternative to his last project. In several years he created the Jet Star. It was a painstaking on it’s own, but less worrisome than dealing with giant destructive robots, and he’s content with that. As of now he still works on racing machines, and is currently trying to figure out how to make the Jet Star better. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend, Sterli, and his best friend, Mirko.
Likes: iced coffee, instant noodles, synthpop and new wave music genres, orchids, cold color schemes, the color silver, striped patterns, technology, soft fabrics, philanthropy, air ride racing, visiting glaciers along Hail Horizon’s coastline
Dislikes: horror films, writing in ink (he feels like he’s destined to misspell something), practicing his ice powers, not having a means of keeping track of time, loud noises

the olive branch on his hat represents peace
the emblem he wears is meant to be a compass rose, with Shiver Star in the center and its moon off to the side
sometimes speaks to Jett when he's alone, he’s convinced he can understand his words
his ice-related powers are more limited than the average Chilly, since he doesn't use them much, but he can create a small ice barrier out of defense if he thinks he's in danger (this is more of a reflex than anything)
