You can't kill Tintin..Tintin is a God...no...I'm serious, this boy has been shot, drugged, hit on the, been in a plan crash, was right near a bomb when it went off, been in burning building,...and other things. You can't kill this child.

Yeah its always dramatic to see the hero go down and then to see their greatest alli (in Tintin's case Captain Haddock) go on a rampage to avenge them. Of course its always nice to have the hero be alright in the end. I dint know where these two would be without eachother.
