Description
This is a re-coloring of a piece I did a while ago that was laminated onto magnet paper and put onto a fuse box, but I was never happy with the coloring I did on the original.This is of course Marvel Comics Thor, the Norse God of Thunder calling down insane amounts of lightning from the heavens with his enchanted hammer Mjolnir.

So Don Blake brought Thor back and he's gone about bringing all the Gods back as well as rebuilding Asgard.
I won't give you any more details but I think when you see Loki it will surprise you. Also there is a kick-ass fight between Thor and Iron Man in issue 3 or 4 I think. He didn't like finding out he was cloned and the clone killed one of his friends.

heheh. Everyone got a bit of a make-over in the series, especially Loki. It's totally bad ass seeing them in cool armor that doesn't look like it's day glow toy armor.

The other cool thing about the series is they interact with humanity more than ever before. Seeing the Warrior's Three getting drunk and fuckign around in a small town is hilarious.

hehe yeah but this guy, I forget his name, he draws Thor really big and imposing. He doesn't look like a muscled up Fabio in this one. He looks like a real bruiser that you really don't want to piss off.

He's sort of like a psychotic version of Shazam/Superman. You'll see him eventually. He's one of the Dark Avengers and is Norman Osborn's personal bodyguard right now. He has a yellow and blue/black costume and long blonde hair.
I got a request to draw him fighting Wonder Man.

Oh, btw you know they publish Essential Thor volumes now, right? It's all his comics in order starting from Journey into Mystery reprinted in black and white collections. Each volume is 20 or more issues. I think they are up to volume 3 or 4.
The art looks amazing in just black and white. I get all the Essential volumes Marvel makes now.

I really liked Ms Marvel's book but once Dark Reign started I stopped buying it. They were building up a romance between her and Wonder Man and then it went nowhere.

Awesome! I got all the Essential volumes of her original series. I loved the weirdness of it and all the villains were odd but cool at the same time. I think my favorite had to be The Enforcer since he really put her through a lot of crap.
