Neuschwanstein - THE most visited castle and so the most photographed one I guess.Living near that place forced me to go there at least once.
Pic was made standing on the "Marienbrücke" which was closed actually that time because of dangerous conditions.
What the heck...
Shot during a lucky 2-hour-frame of sunlight. Otherwise it was a full misty day. You may recognize that in the background.

Built 1869 - 1886 by King Ludwig II.

Photo or not it still looks great. I mean I'd critique this photo just for fun and I figured it was a photo because of the category underneath the title it says, "Photography / Architecture / Statues & Monuments " By the way being a know-it-all douche doesn't the least bit phase me.

Great one! I've been there this summer, but as a foreign tourist with less than 2 hours to visit the place it's hard to get a decent shot. You are very lucky to live there
