Mace puts his idea into motion.

Amber: Mace. What are you doing?

He bites his hand and begins slipping his blood down Zora’s throat. Amber is visibly disturbed by this.

Mace: I hope this works.

Just then Drakonid has just defeated the Shark-dog and the Hammerhead. And he heads toward Mace and Zora.

Drakonid: ‘groan’ Now. Where were we?

Mace: Amber. Watch over Zora.

He charges at Drakonid. He jumps right onto him and tries to bite him.

Mace: STAY AWAY FROM MY MOTHER!!!

Amber: Mace!! No!!

Drakonid: Well (he graps Mace’s head fin). I suppose I’ll have to teach you some discipline. Brother (punches Mace)!

Drakonid starts to beat down on Mace despite his attempts to fight back. Amber is horrified by this, but doesn’t notice Zora wriggling.

Zora feels something happening to her body. She suddenly opens her eyes.
