You kidding me!? xD First, you come out with a cum tutorial, when I'm workin on an image with lots of said liquid..then a water tutorial, when I got a pool background to do...now fire, and I'm coloring something with lots of flames in it next! As I look through it, the texture of the flame kind of looks like slime. But I'm sure with enough blurring and other techniques I can get it how I need it. Don't mind the slime comment, it looks like a pretty nice tutorial!

for step 5 the did you make a layer to add the 50% grey too? Or with layer did you add the grey too?
