Here are my thoughts on the Sony Pictures Animations films.P.S. The Smurfs movies will probably always be left with haven't seen. I haven't seen them and I don't want to see them.

One of these days you should update this to accompany The Angry Birds Movie, Sausage Party, Smurfs: The Lost Village, The Emoji Movie, The Star, Peter Rabbit, Hotel Transylvania 3, Goosebumps: Haunted Halloween, Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse, Wish Dragon and The Angry Birds Movie 2.

I really wanted to give the movie a chance, and I tired not to let the little bad things get to me, but eventually there were just too many problems for me to enjoy it
The story clichés in this case, brought the enjoyment down. The environmental message was unneeded and completely shoehorned in the plot.
Flint was badly derailed, throwing his development out the window by blindly following the words of the villain. Speaking of the villain, so much doesn't make sense about him. With him the movie got scientist/inventor confused with food product inventor. Annnd the thing about the food made by Flint's machine being tastier than regular food doesn't make much sense either, this was something never established in the first film and How exactly does the machine make food tastier than normal
And the humour was unfunny. It wasn't well-written and just throws mediocre jokes all over the place. And the film was just all-round obnoxious throughout the entire running time
And that Strawberry, is mind-numbing in how hard and desperately the writers try in making it a cutesy character
