If has humor like seasons 4-5 great, because after season 5 it's like sometimes the writers forget that spongebob it's a comedy show and makes episodes with like 2-3 "ok" jokes.

Season 9a it's not bad but boring sometimes

I know it's very difficult to make episodes like seasons 1-3 because the show went for too long

Yeah. During and after 9B the show actually attempts a lot more jokes and is quite funny.

I watched "Lost and bikini bottom" and it has some good jokes but nothing really funny, I laugh a lot more in a average gumball episode (I consider the humor of Spongebob a lot less funnier than the gumball humor, only some episodes of seasons 2-3 and a few from season 4-5 comes close).

Yes, but also it's a different style of humor, Gumball focuses a lot in visual humor while Spongebob focuses more in verbal humor, in seasons 1-3 there are a lot of great lines in every episode that made me laugh a lot, not like in Gumball but it's great to see different types of humor.

I know season 9b can't be like Gumball or Spongebob season 1-3 but I though that at least it will throw more and better jokes than in seasons 6-9a, because the humor of this episode isn't very impressive IMO

That episode in particular wasn't one of my favorites in 9B. Maybe try some of the episodes I actually labeled good or higher.

I watched "Food con castaways" and I liked it, I understand why you give a "meh" rating, for me it would be "meh" too if I compared it to a average Gumball episode or Spongebob seasons 1-3 best episodes, but for Spongebob post-movie standars it's good - very good IMO, because I found a lot of jokes / gags that made me laugh throughout the episode, and some of them made me laugh out loud

Ok, and I respect your opinion (Maybe my opinion of this episode will change after watching others season 9 episodes)

I watched "The Fish Bowl" an episode that a lot of people said it's a meh episode and probably one of the worst of season 9b and  yeah, I think it's meh too, but it's better than some of the stuff from seasons 6-8

I watch the worst stuff of the seasons for not having very expectations of the best stuff and then watch it and give me a surprise.

In season 5, I watched first stuff like to love a patty or Spongehenge, yeah, these episodes are terrible but after that I watched without expectations episodes like krabs a la mode or spy buddies and the difference makes these episodes a lot better.

I heard that in season 10-11 there are a lot of visual humor, I don't mind that if it's used well, in comedy animes it's pretty common to see visual humor and it's hit or miss, some animes can use the visual gags well and make you laugh out loud and in others it's used only for exaggerations and it isn't funny at all

I feel that season 9b of spongebob is almost at the levels of gumball season 1, it's not hilarious, but at least you get some chuckles per episode, and occasionally you find an episode that is pretty funny

Now that I have watched more, I feel that the jokes/gags are pretty hit or miss, some episodes have some good jokes that i find funny and others the jokes are very unfunny, and sometimes an episode has a funny part and the rest is unfunny, this seasons isn't that funny as expected, for example today I watched pull up a barrel and I laughed like, one time? and sold!, and I feel that that the second half could've been hilarious but a lot of jokes fell flat to me, and it's not just burnout because I decided to watch the first film (Yeah, I never watched the film before) and the jokes are pretty good

But actually this happens to me in pre-movie too, but in less ocassions, I watch an episode and I find it pretty funny, but I watch other episode and it isn't very funny and didn't made me laugh too much, maybe it's because I watch Spongebob in Castilian and the jokes in some episodes don't translate well?

I don't blame ya. I mean, they've done the plot twice before. Once in "Club SpongeBob" and another time in "To Save a Squirrel". I'd give the episode a "Great". I think it's almost as good as Club SpongeBob.

What didn't you like about Mutiny on the Krusty? I'd understand if you said Mr. Krabs is unlikeable.

I found it pretty good mainly because Mr. Krabs is placed in the wrong at the beginning of the episode and then gets his comeuppance later on (no one willing to rescue him from the barrel) only to redeem himself at the end. I was mixed on him, but I found the tyrant jokes and the "That was anti-climactic" joke to be funny. Not hilarious... but chuckle-worthy at least.
