1999 was an absolutely fantastic year for animation. Animated movies were quite good, but it was a powerhouse year for cartoons with a lot of all time favorites being released here. Here are my top ten favorite things in animation 1999. Honorable mentions include Digimon, Cybersix, Dragon Tales, Gregory Horror Show, Batman Beyond, Home Movies, Rocket Power, Fantasia 2000, Mickey Mouse Works, Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas, Olive, The Other Reindeer, and Pokemon 2000. Now on to the list.
