Since peeps are asking just what the range of colors are for commons vs Rares.
Keep in mind, this is for the solid body colors. Any color can be used for Markings, hair, and accessories.

Musical Fountain Ponies
MFP stands for "Musical Fountain Pony". They are based off of the Dancing Fountain Speakers.
As you can probably tell by the guides at the top, the ponies legs consist of these speaker designs. However their uniqueness doesn't stop at their legs. Their ears, wings, and any horns they have are also made out of glass or plastic. Their horns generally have an LED inside of them that glow when they use magic, and the base of their tails are wires. Another peculiar feature of theirs is that their manes and tails always sparkle, and they also have a set of LED's in various shapes on their backs that semi act as Cutie Marks. Basically these guys are really fun at parties!

question
would a mfp have an uncommon or rare trait where when her/his hooves are'nt up it doesnt have the thing inside there hooves not working (i forgot what the stuff inside is called) but when ANY hoof is up it then appears

The rule is basically set on a realistic trait. While it's normal for the fountains to turn off when the legs are lifted, it's not uncommon for some artist to draw the fountains working even when the legs are lifted.
Also I found it hard to draw the fountains on a bent leg without them just looking like blue noodles. X3

As a matter of fact, yours is the most well known rare MFP. ^^

No. Uncommons mostly refer to uncommon traits. I may have to post a separate guide explaining that part since uncommon traits were only revealed recently for new years.

3.) Grossely misinterpreting the species traits (MFP legs with LSP Tails, missing sparkles in the hair, etc)
4.) Not giving proper credit for the species
We tried to be fair with this species. We wanted to share them with the community members and make them available even to those low on points. However this has created some confusion on our species rules and just how open they were. People saw others making their own and assumed they were 100% open, and therefor started making more WITHOUT following the species guides. Thanks to this, me and Night have come to a decision.

I just want to say thanks for posting this, because when I made mine I wasn't sure which 'dark' colors to use, so I kept her black. If I had known I may have made her a yellow tint... but I do like her black... Sunflower Sparkle, I mean.
