Before anyone points it out or complains - Yes: I know Ember has a father, I just didn't feel like stressing over adding him. And YES there are many changelings however the only important ones here from Chrysalis are Thorax, Pharynx and Ocellus.

Queen Meta loved King Morphos. They married to unite their kingdoms [in my au there are different types of changelings]. Morphos originally cancelled the wedding as he and Princess Dia [later known as Queen Diamond] had fallen in love. Meta grew jealous and after being heart broken changed form [from good to bad]. Wanting to hurt him the way he hurt her she disguised herself as Dia and tricked him into thinking she had broken up with him. To make sure this worked she did the opposite to Dia [disguised as Morphos]. She then set Dia up with another pony[Cadence's father who will not be shown] and allowed Morphos to think Dia cheated on him and never truly loved him. Meta convinced him to do something awful as his last goodbye to Dia, this ended up causing him to change like Meta had. As a result of their changes once they got married and had their daughter, Chrysalis, she was born dark and filled with a hatred for others just like them.

Dia, after having been tricked, married somepony else and had Cadence. Due to a tragic event she ended up raising Cadence alone.

Twilight Velvet and her adoring husband, Night Light. They have two children, Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle.

Chrysalis was evil when she had Pharynx, Thorax and Ocellus so the dark forms you see on the tree are technically their "true"/Original Forms had they not been reformed. After the events of season 9 Chrysalis became reformed. She was allowed back into the hive to help teach Ocellus how to rule when Thorax was away. Many still don't trust her and accordingly she is kept at a distance from them. She doesn't feel wanted at the hive anymore so one day while Pharynx was on patrol at the farthest border she transformed and left. She runs away to the Hyppogriffs, disguised as one of them. Here is where she meets Stratus Skyranger. She has no where to go so he takes her in. They grow close and it freaks her out when he proposes to her. She comes clean with him and gets ready to run away again, but he has her stay. He loves her for who she is not what she is or even was. They are thinking of having a family, but Chrysalis is very unsure about it.

Cadence and Shining Armor are married with their daughter, Flurry Heart, same as in the show. Years later they have a second child, their son, Shining Vision.

Twilight is married to Comet Tail. They have two daughters together, Radiant Aura and Solar Shine. Twilight becomes Queen of Equestria while pregnant with Solar Shine.

Spike is Twilight's adopted little brother. Ever since she hatched him they've been close. For most of his stay in Ponyville he had a crush on Rarity. When he met Ember that started to change. There was a time where he and Rarity might have had a chance, but he decided to let that go. Shortly before Spike and Ember start dating he finds an abandoned egg. When it hatches the baby thinks they are his parents. Ember isn't too sure about the little hatchling at first. She suggests they take him to her home to give him a real dragon's life. Spike is saddened by this, but agrees. On the way there the three of them bond. It's time to hand over the baby when Ember can't go through with it. Instead she announces the baby is their's and will be spending time with both of them. Spike is shocked, but happy. They shortly after name him Ace. Ultimately it's raising Ace that brings them together even more and they end up courting one another. Ember just had their first egg, which has now hatched into an adorable little bundle of joy - Crystal. She's a Daddy's Girl for sure.

Ocellus doesn't remember much of her previous life under her mother's rule. She does remember feeling terrified and jealous of ponies. Her fears stick with her a while, making her bad at one point, but her friends help her back to normal. She starts her Princess training as a teen.

Pharynx is now in charge of protecting the hive and is in charge when Thorax is away. He doesn't really trust other ponies, his only 'friends' being that of Trixie, Starlight and Flurry. That changes after he finds Pomegranate passed out at the far border on the brink of death. He nurses her back to health and eventually falls in love with her. They get together and she moves in with the changelings. He trains her so that she can defend herself, but mainly she makes passion fruit smoothies for the guards.

As part of their attempts to keep the peace, the reformed changelings often visited the Crystal Empire, among them was Thorax. Flurry was the first pony to accept him and the main reason for others in the empire to trust him. The two grew close and are currently engaged, though Shining isn't too fond of the idea for many reasons.

Shining Vision is a lot like his father, opting to join the royal guard instead of ruling. He hangs out with the guys a lot and is actually the closest to Trixie's daughter, Noble Dawn (often called Aurora).

Radiant Aura was grew up knowing she was destined to follow in her mother's hoofsteps. She was exceptionally gifted with magic and very intelligent. She study astronomy with her father and was often found in the royal library, though on the more trying of days she could be found at the newly grown, Golden Oaks Library in Ponyville. As a filly she suffered from recurring nightmares and actually befriended Imperium through them as he would enter her dreams and change them so that she could be at ease. She has a crush on him and finds it hard to express herself sometimes.

Solar's design is greatly based on Chibi Usa from Sailor Moon. She has difficulties getting along with others and it's partly to do with her being born a Unicorn while her sister and cousins are all Alicorns. She has a sort of inferiority complex and takes her anger out on others because of it, though she's a tough kid she still has her moments where she just wants to have fun. Her best friends are Ace and Solar Aegis who she has a crush on.

Ace is the adopted son of Spike and Ember. He never really questioned his origins and says her doesn't care to know about them. He is happy with the family he has, no family could be better. Now and then some of the other dragons and a few ponies ask him if he's ever wondered about his birth parents. Normally he doesn't care, but now and then they really get to him and he finds himself, mildly curious.

Crystal is the biological daughter of Spike and Ember and the younger sister of Ace. She looks up to her big brother, trying to tag along with him all of the time. Other dragons like her and think she's cute. She is short tempered though like her mother, but takes after her father, having a major crush on Shining Vision and Jeweled Cuffs. Her friends describe her as being boy crazy and bipolar.
