Fluttershy is my old pattern, Pinkie my new pattern.The main differences are the nose and jaw, a bit taller head (though a bit too tall), changed back leg shape and a more shapely rear.
Things noted to change:
a bit shorter head
front legs a bit more forward
eyes tilted inward a bit
taller ears
mouth??? -needs some adjustments but I'm not quite sure what.
What do you guys think? Any more changes I should make?

How do you turn their heads like that?
Are they just very flexible everywhere?

Thanks! There are actually doll joints in the neck so they can rotate, kinda similar to the brushable MLP toys.

This is a very show-accurate pattern! All those changes listed sound like they'd make the pattern better! The combination of inward-ing the eyes and shortening the head might make the front view much better- if the inward view shows the eyes being much rounder like the show.

Both are fabulous, though I agree that Pinkie Pie's mouth looks a bit off. It seems to me that her mouth is less well defined and visible compared Fluttershy's, though that might just be the lighting. Might try lowering her mouth and possibly lengthening it to make it stand out more, at least on Pinkie Pie her smile should be more noticeable. Β While both old and new are just adorkable, you know quite well by now I'm a Fluttershy Guy at heart. Β Β

That is quite true! A smile is pretty integral to Pinkie. I was considering trying to make an open toothy grin, but I just didn't really have the time. 
Maybe I'll try fixing her smile one of these days. She's my friend's plushie so she'll always be around to tweak later.

So adorable <33 I love them both <33 The only thing I would change is make Pinkie Pie's ear a bit higher and ear a bit bigger. Otherwise it looks amazing :3

I think the body shape could use a little more "defining." Like, Pinkie's rear looks flat on the top in the pic. Maybe shorten the forehead and such a bit more. I think possibly the mouth needs to move down a liiiiittle bit. Maybe it's the pics and the plush is different IRL, but the embroidery on Pinkie's mane isn't very definite. I'd suggest using an even darker thread/floss if you want to make that pop more.
It is a great improvement though and they look lovely! X3 The Fluttershy is adorable as all heck, and even though I'm not much of a Pinkie fan, I'm diggin that plush. They seem very flexible and poseable without having joints and wires. That's one of the best bonuses in a plush! These are some of the best plushies I've seen in a while and I'm in love with them!

Thank you so much for the feedback! The lines in Fluttershy's hair were satin stitched, but I couldn't manage to get it to work with Pinkie's little hair loops, so that's why it's so thin. :c But hopefully I can figure something out for next time. Also I think the little dip it my just be how I attached the tail, but maybe I need to compensate for it a bit. But I'll definitely address that with my next changes.

I agree with bringing the forehead down a little. And maybe the snout could be just a slightest bit shorter, but still looking awesome! I reallyΒ like what you did to the back leg shape.
