Description
I did it! I did it! Yay!Thanks for all the advice everyone, it really helped out ^_^.
-------------------------------- new info!
SonyDSC-S30
f8
1/725th
ISO100
w/ Flash
How I did it:
I filled my sink with water, then I turned on the faucet just enough so that it dripped every few seconds. Then, I sat there holding my camera next to the water and focused on where the drops were landing. When each drop fell, I would press the shutter, hoping to capture the perfect splash. It took me a while, and I went through so many failed shots to get a successful one! It's all about timing. Just gotta keep trying and trying. Digital cameras help too.
go try it now!

I've been wondering how to do these. What settings did you use on your camera? Do you need to add an external light source so you can take a really fast shutter? What about the blue? Is that added in PS or did you have some kind of gel? Thanks.

it was 1/725 shutter, normal flash + the light in my kitchen (heh), the blue is cuz i added a little contrast in PS but it's reflecting off the steel sink, no gel, just water

One of the most amazing photos I have ever seen. The colours and fluidity of this shot is brilliant. I take it that, this photo is just a metal sink and some water, who would have thought it could look so amazing!
