My take on the mutated animal people from Rock & Rule 1983 Canadian animated musical science fiction fantasy film from the animation studio Nelvana, a Canadian entertainment company founded in 1971 and known for its ts work in children's animation. Not sure Rock & Rule would be in that category, it seemed rather dark to be a children's film.
