Description
A sketch study of original character Doctor Meldreck Akern otherwise known as "Jellidar."[link] in his post-apocalyptic uniform. Done on tracing paper because I'm still working out the final design before it's transferred to better quality paper.
He may be scrawny and wears nerdy glasses, but he's pretty freakin' strong so you wouldn't want to mess with him.
