and BUBBLES!NightmareMoon is forgotten as villain. and everybody seems to dislike Celestia for banishing her to the moon, and saving their little ponies and Luna(even though she has to wait a thousand years) from eternal night and darkness. So, why don't they just join together and watch all their little ponies starve and freeze to death shall we? Celestia doesn't mind eternal night, as long as it makes her 'sister' happy, and Luna? she's with them as well, but inside Nightmare Moon, all alone.. in the dark, nothing can save her from the dark..
*sarcasm*
Maybe there will be less hatred for Celestia if she didn't banish NMM, and Luna's probably dead inside Nightmare Moon.

I prefer Luna a thousand times more tha Celestia but I still dont see the need to hate her. I might be the minority here but I HATE that whole NMM is a different character than Luna. I makes Luna look weak in my opinion that she was possessed by some outside force or what ever. To me she knew what she was doing and Celestia was FORCED to banish her sister. She is not at fault. If anything it was the ungrateful little ponies of the olden days xD (I bet you those ungrateful little ponies also believed that Celestia didn't control the Sun and that it was actually their planet rotating around the sun.) Still see no reason to hate Luna or Celestia. Please dont hate on her your a very talented artist ca both Team Luna and Team Celestia just get along?

Believe it it or not I know many many people that Hate Luna with a deep passion. Sure there is not as many people as the ones who hate Tia but they exist. Sadly they are kind of vocal about it and draw really mean spirited images.
As or the whole Sun controlling thing I was trying to make a joke but i guess i failed miserably at that. I agree with you there is no need to hate on either character.

The only reason I have for disliking Luna is the fandom that developed around her.
She had, what, 20 seconds of screen time in season 1, and that was enough to make bronies chant for revolution and pencil swastikas onto their shirts in honor of the "New Lunar Republic"
I was just happy to watch the rage pour out when the Nightmare Night episode arrived and Luna was nothing like what her fanboys had anticipated.

There's really nothing to hate when it comes to Celestia and Luna, I love both equally, like daughters, even though i don't treat them like one, they're not mine lol

Truth be told it does irritate me a little she apologize I mean we are ot sure if their world works with the same physics maybe their plats and stuff work differently. Also I mean sure lets take your point she was going to kill the ponies. Sure cool she should apologize but so should Celestia not only for not being able to help her out before things got out of hand and also for not being there for her when she most needed it. But also beacuse she allowed the other poniy folk to tarnish her ame, make a stupid holiday about how bad she was ad simply not try to change her sister's image in the past thousand years. Instead she basically encourage that they ruin her reputation knowing full well she will return and it would be even harder for her to adjust as they see her as a freaking monster.
I mean you must be the worst sibling ever not only ruining what little good reputation your sister has but also failing to notice that she was not doing so ell. I mean she didn't snap all of the sudden and said, look i am evil It was years of the others not appreciating her work. So where the buck was Celestia during all of this?

If you're talking about Nightmare Night, it was obviously created AFTER Nightmare Moon return, because nobody but Twilight recognize Nightmare Moon when she first appears after one thousand years.

Well, it's obvious they are the same, at the beginning of the first episode, it says: "The elder sister tried to reason with her, but the bitterness in the young one's heart had transformed her into a wicked mare of darkness: Night Mare Moon." (thanks mlp wiki), so it's not some fancy mind control or something, Nightmare Moon is just Luna raging of her sister, plus Luna even says "I'm so sorry big sister" at the end, if it wasn't her fault why would she apologize? She could have said "Thank you for saving me" or something.
The fans make them two differents ponies because they wanted their "emo-Luna fashion victim who does nothing bad" or something, even if it has calmed after "Luna eclipsed".
