I can't tell you enough how stoked I am about this image. This is so close to the kind of photography I want to be doing.
I had this idea of using sequins on lips for a while. When I found this chair (underneath all the clothes and stuff) at +suzi9mm 's I just fell for it. It looks so gorgeous in my opinion. If I had a chair like that it would be in all of my pictures.
Anyways, this was supposed to be more of a straightforward makeup shot, but the chair was too yummy to leave out. And even though you can't see the lips as clearly I think they still add that glamour.Model is the ever-gorgeous +suzi9mm .

You can tell the model is beautiful, I like the way the hair is, the only thing that I would change are the earings.

Really cool portrait, i love the lightning and her pose, but i find composition a bit annoying - it is too tight. First of all i don't like how the frames cuts her ear, i think there could be a little bit of the red coach as background, also the dark spot at the left side of the coach IS KILLING ME. Overally really nice glamour potrait, it could be mistaken as a scan of some shot in fashion mag.

Hmm no mua se kulma ei häirii kauheesti. Jotenkin se musta antaa sellasta jotain 'realismia' siihen (siis on on vaatteen kulmaa). Ymmärrän kyllä että se voi ottaa silmään.

No siis tarkotan sellasta että koska se on siellä on aika selvää että kuva on otettu keskellä jonkun olohuonetta ja kaaosta, ei steriilissä studiossa tai jotain vaikka onkin glamouria. Emmä osaa selittää.

Hehe, mulle toi malli ja mallin ilme meikkeineen säteilee pelkkää glamouria, sohvan väriki on tunnelmaan just oikea, vaate ja toi pieni tilanpuute pilaa melkein täydellisen kuvan mun silmis.

I agree with the chair. Tis picture wouldn't have the same impact without it.

Didn't manipulate it no, that's why you can see the dark bit there. That's some clothes which weren't quite out of the shot. Thought about manipulating it out but then on my monitor it looks more like just a dark corner so I left it there. If I look at it just after turning the monitor on (to get that lcd effect

That's awesome. EVERYTHING is amazing - from the red in her hair to the red on the sofa she's laying on..the way her hair is spread, the LIPS!!
What really makes the photo though, is the way the model looks...this is probably the best expression i've seen..i think. her eyes are just..simply ..awesome.

Its so amazing! the colours are so striking! The texture of the chair is awesome. It looks like some retro chair you'd get in habitat or somewhere like that!

BTW Suzi's hair is amazing. I'd die for dark hair like that. I have long hair but its just brown/red and simply dull I can't experiment with pink dye like that as it'd look silly whereas in her dark hair the bright contrast looks fab! Sorry to ramble on about the models hair

the lips are a bit much to me b/c they take all the focus and ten you have to go what is on them? but i think th rest of the image is pure perfection - the lighting, pose, colors and well - i'm insane over your model

If I say it's your most beautiful picture Marianne maybe I'll change my mind with the next one or the one after, but This one is really really wonderful... The colors in ALL the range, the light in ALL the nuances, the perfect moment you've shot to get these eyes and these lips with that incredible expression, the perfect contrast and atmosphere, so EVERYTHING is great.
