For wii.
It's noir, and bloody as fuck. Your weapon is a chainsaw...and It's a wii game. Go crazy with your imagination.

nice one!
there some major thing you can twea for sure.
first the vertical lines of your hero skyscraper. they really kill your perspective. someone got lazy there?
second: the mechas reflection in the windows is wrong. imagine the skyscraper being a mirror or simply try it at home and see where his mirror reflection should go
the helicopters are way to black for this bright sky lighting. you can check some google ref to see how black mate or glossy surfaces behave when set in such lighting (just google black cars for example )
oh and one thing! the skyscraper refelcts the briht sky so some of the mechs black spots shoudnt even exist because he gets lighted by the reflective building from the back as well
great effort put into this. when you do the tweaks you can really learn a lot about shading
cheers

So fix the lines, fix the reflection, lighten the helicopters, and get rid of the some of the contrasting shadows on the mech?

Let me see... The composition is good, especially that strong perspective on the building. You might try darkening the reflections near the bottom - like it's reflecting buildings and ground. Reflections are a challenge - especially to paint them. It's easier in 3D - you just render it with reflections !

In the long run, yes. But I think you can play around with some layers and do it in Photoshop just as well
