Terms of Service_TOSBy paying the invoice I send you, you agree to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this TOS. When sending the invoice, you will receive information about this TOS and a link to this TOS on the invoice. 1) Commercial and non-commercial use:The price of a service will depend on the use you will make of the illustration. An illustration with commercial use rights will be more expensive, because you will benefit from the use of the image for professional, commercial purposes:-Commercial use:The commercial use corresponds to the use of a work promoting a site, a product, a brand, a service, with the agreement of the author. The illustrations that I realize without commercial use cannot be reused to promote a product, a brand, nor be exploited in the sale of clothes, accessories or others. These illustrations are generally used for personal purposes: birthday card, decoration, profile picture If you choose to have a commercial use, I could provide you with a contract of transfer of right, which will be useful in case of not legitimate claim of my part.2) The priceThe price will take into account several factors:- the time of realization-The complexity of the work-The use you will make of the rendering (commercial use or not)-If more than 3 retouches are required.3) Delivery:The delivery will be done digitally in the following formats: PNG, JPEG.If the file is included in your order: PSDThe file will be delivered on WEtransfer, or on Sta.ach4) Commission conditions Commission is a service that includes conditions between the provider and the client. In order to respect the request of the one who makes the commission, and to respect the work of the provider (i.e. me), it is important before defining conditions of sales like this one. When sending the invoice, the customer confirms that he has read and taken into account the conditions, and accepts the sales conditions by paying the invoice.In case of dispute, these conditions will serve as proof for you (if I have committed a fault) and for me (if you do not respect the conditions).At the time of your request, if I agree to work on your project, I will provide you with an invoice before starting your request5) DeadlinesThe deadlines will be indicated to you before starting your order. You will be informed precisely of the deadline, and you can request a deadline if needed. If the deadline is not suitable for the amount of work requested, I will let you know before starting the illustration.The completion time depends on the workload (whether it's a simple sketch, a complex painting or something else).If I can't meet this condition, when I have already started the illustration, you will be notified in advance of the possible delay. 6) PaymentI accept paypal payment only. The payment will be made before I start the illustration. The payment will be in USD. I will ask you for your paypal in order to provide you with an invoice. It is also possible to make a partial payment, a payment before the sketch, and once the sketch is defined 7)Obligation of my partI commit myself to give you a work that corresponds to your expectations, if the rendering is not what you want, you will have the right to ask me for retouching, I will do 3 retouching for free.Beyond 3 retouches, I will ask for an additional payment for the extra work done.I commit myself to give you a work in time, or to warn you in advance if I cannot respect the deadlines.8) Refund, cancellationIt is possible to request a refund. In some cases the refund will be either complete, partial or void.Full refund: If you wish to cancel your order before I have been able to start, or offer a 1st rendering, if you are not happy with the initial sketch and do not wish to continue.Partial refund:The refund will be partial if you have validated the sketch, the idea set up, but you wish to cancel the order afterwards. The refund will be partial and you will be refunded only the second part of the payment.(for example if you paid 15 USD before the sketch, and 15 USD after, you will be refunded only 15 USD). The refund will be partial because I spent time on the design, as well as the exchanges granted in order to complete the order.No refund:If the artwork is finished, I have complied with your entire request and delivered your order on time, it will not be possible to request a refund. Of course, you can always ask for changes to improve the rendering. 9) Prohibition- The withdrawal (request for refund on paypal) is prohibited. Paypal will take into account the termes of service if you want to make a withdrawal without justifiable reason. This is theft and is illegal. Of course under certain conditions, the withdrawal is possible, if I do not respect the conditions, and do not wish to refund you accordingly.- It is forbidden to insult me, to disrespect me. The discussion must remain cordial- It is forbidden to have a commercial use of a rendering that does not include a commercial use....
