not really, the image was all liquidy so i couldn't think of any other tool that could give it that effect.

plus smudge tool in photoshop sucks really bad

huh? i don't believe so, what do u use to mix colors? for me smudge works just fine, like how do u create the fade on the beanie on that profile image of urs?do u just layer the different shades of the color or what?

nope, its like traditional art again you silly, you layer!! like prisma pencils or what ever you layer your colors I only draw on 1 layer, like on paper, you only use 1 paper lol...yeah mr.modernerd, the same principle in traditional art applies to digital art , and just like anything you cant over smudge...or it will look blah
