Yay...more Krad! Yeah...it's the same one from before but this one is digitally inked and colored in cel-style. I had to have 3 versions.

There's two things that really strike me in this: his right eye and certain hair strands.
For the eye, it seems to lack a bit of foreshortening given the 3/4 view the character is seen in. It's a bit like his eye is popping out of its socket (white area coming out of the face frame).
As for the hair, certain hair strands look more like plastic cylinder shapes than, well, hair. My suggestion for correcting this is to make them flow in unbroken curvy lines and shading the inside (edge to center) of the strand rather than just the edge.
Quick note about the highlighted right eyebrow: the light seems to be coming from the top right (well, the top at least); in this case, the light would probably be unable to filter through his hair and light up the eyebrow.
Ah, I just saw something else upon further observation! His ear has a strange shape. If I continue the top line of the ear to the side of his head, it looks as though the top of the ear is further into the head than the bottom of the ear. Sorry for this horrid explanation -_- Tell me if you don't understand, I'll try to phrase it better.
Other than that, nice cross!

I'm not sure I understand what you are talking about in your suggestions about the hair. Could you perhaps target a specific strand or relative area I could look at?
