This is Tina Cutchen. An antagonist to Holly Chatman.

Tina is basically ego-incarnate. She believes Holly to be a threat to her even though Holly really could care less what she thinks.

I had a very specific image in my head of Tina as someone who basically tries to be "beautifully edgy" for lack of a better term.

She has a personality like barb-wire, but also wants to look good. Hence the leather skirt, and in some concept art I had generated where she has spiked bracelets and necklace.

I'm still developing the story as an original piece inspired by Hulk (2003) but making it so that it's not a copy. I'm toying with the idea of her becoming infected with Holly's condition, but at the moment it's just an idea...
