The colours are fantastic. Who'd have known that a cactus could be so...bright?
I agree with an above comment; the white fibers look like they're made of glass.

I used a rather strong flash for this photo, and also using white paper to reflect the flash from the top, left and the right to the cacti

yes it works rather well, since I dont have any other flash than the standard flash in my Eos 400D and no diffuser for it, I use white paper to make the light a bit softer or reflect to brighten up my object
but its not always easy holding the paper and the camera and following moving objects

oh hehe I didnt notice that, there must be a mistake As I used the lens reverse it has no apperture, and therefor should be f0
