I'd say it's a Birman, because it's fur is so long. The other option is Ragdoll, but I still think it's Birman.
But it definitely can't be Siamese

Oh yes, you might be right. I didn't notice that his paws are brown, when birman's paws are always white.

not a ragdoll, definitely siamese. I looked up a couple of ragdoll pics, none matched this, plus my grandma has basically raised me around siamese since i was like 3, everytime she got a new kitten this is what it looked like. Siamese kittens are fluffy just like any other kitten, their fur doesnt need to be short.

True siamese kittens actually tend to be rather short-haired, with a fuzz combination. That, and even as kittens they have a very particular shape to their heads, and their ears are very large. This is an adorable seal-point kitten, but it's not a true siamese.

i've gone to breeders with my nana to see their purebred siamese, not all are short-haired. their fur length varies.

almond shaped eyes and a wedge head combined with siamese markings and vivid blue eyes make this almost definitely a siamese

Siamese cats have a very particular look--not just the seal-point color and blue eyes, but the build of their body and length of their fur. This isn't a siamese. It's very cute though.

himalayan cats are a cross breed of siamese and persian. So in that sense, we both could be right.
