Looks like Hotspot0626 and Quillwrite7x have yet to hear the good word of our... no, I can't keep a straight face saying stuff like that about scythemantis but still, I heard about him from good ol' Bogleech . His toy was exactly what you'd expect from a character whose name was derived from "modular" but the show never utilized that because it would require competent animators. The reboot? It could do things with him, as a simple result of being an actual show instead of an extended toy commercial.

I heard that, unfortunately, the reboot actually wasn't allowed to use most existing characters and creatures? I can't find confirmation but it seems that their studio was separated enough from Mattell that they had to get special clearance to use more than the central characters and heroines, which is also why there's no Mantenna in the new series
