The resident "Drill Sergeant". Now, I'll admit, there wasn't really that much I can do with this one in terms of design, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? Still though, I am disappointed about what they did to him in Littlest Reich. Though they didn't treat him as badly as Jester, who's not even in the film, he's still barely in it himself.
