Was Venjukovia a dinocephalian? =?.

Ok, I will try to answer on all your questions here.
1. Venjukovia was an anomodont, parallel to dicynodonts. Suminia was its close relative.

2. Theriodonts were the first carniovorus in the Earth history developing big canines. It means they were actively hunting big prey.

3. The skull of Inostrancevia was approx. 0,5m long therefore the animal could reach a size of 3m (note, gorgonopsians had longer tail). TV shows like to exaggerate sometimes.

Great job, I like it! I also saw your image of moschopses and few others. It looks like you are another fun of therapsids. Keep going on!

A good one! This animal was probably closely related to Staheckleria. Unfortunately only a part of the skull roof was found therefore reconstructing the animal requires some knowledge and imagination. Congratulations!

If it wasn't for the great extinction that wiped these guys out we so would have had mammals or atleast mammal-like creatures walking the earth much earlier in it's history! Gorgonopsids remind me of like big reptilian dogs or bears

You know about the Venjukoviiadae, one of the most obscure families of the basal anomodonts? Now I know that I'm not alone. Very nice shading in your artist rendition of these particular geni of therapsids, by the way.

Thanks. Even prehistorical animals can look friendly despite their canines. I have some more of them.
