The emotion you have captured here is definitely one of the strongest points of your drawing. The raised, partially closed hand, the tears, the angle of the eyebrows combine well with the dark background and the hellish cast of color she is bathed in. The dark, scratchy background gives a sense that she is being absorbed or falling into the depths of despair. One can feel empathy for her. Her sad eyes calls out to the viewer and give them a desire to save her.
The weaker points of this image is that more shadows should be present given that there is a light source. The right side of her face (viewer's left, should show some shadow cast by the nose. Her left eye should show some shadow too. Similarly, her thumb should have some more shadow, and her fingers should progressively cast some shadow on one another. I think possible her raised eyebrows should cast a little bit of shadow too although perhaps not too much. With a stylized drawing, women often show few if any wrinkles although in more realistic drawings more attention is paid to how the muscles pull the skin and cast shadow. If you find shadows difficult, try looking up some tutorials. I've found some pretty good ones simply by searching light and shadow tutorial.
Moving on. A part of this drawing that I really like is her hair. It is more common to see straight hair, so I always appreciate it if someone tries wavy or curly hair. The swirls and shapes of her hair have been beautifully rendered. Given that you appear to have a light source coming from the southeast corner of the image, I would recommend that you give some highlights to the hair in that area. Similarly, her fingernails and some of the heel of the hand should get a little more highlight too.
Overall, I quite like this image. Keep up the great work!
