Wow! This is just...WOW kid!
The colors are great, they enhance everything without being too overbearing and clashing. The girl's outfit is simple and nice (I especially like the pants, kudos for giving it a pattern).
The flowers! Very appropriate use of space! It FEELS like it belongs in the picture, as opposed to something thrown in at the last minute, so obvious planning.
And the girl herself. From where I sit the anatomy is good (avoided "Big head syndrome") and her hair is hnnggggg!! It's so sparkly....
Boarder is a nice touch, so overall this picture kinda....sorta...KICKS ASS.
