Description
This is my second attempt at vectoring,much better than the old one,although it does have some issues.I'll also be uploading bases for this in a unicorn,earth pony,alicorn and pegasus form

Yours look so much smoother. except from some small errors i think you did an excellent job.
I had some basic explanation at school on how vectors work about 5 months ago, but I haven't used vectors until this Sunday.

I'm planning to change lines next year, and attend a line for Computer services. The ones that control the servers and Internet access at my school have blocked over half the content of deviant art 
I will look into the bases, I've got an idea for an OC that i want to finish

every vector is difficult,i tried scootaloo first,small,not many detail,blank flank(cutie marks are hardest XD) and she turned out crappy
fluttershy had more effort in it

I use 1-2 hours per vector, with most of the time focused on the eyes and corrections/smoothing of lines.
The cutiemarks is hard indeed, but the eyes is a bit hard for me because i demand a bit too much from myself on that point.

well,then just make the basics for now,i just put1 color in the eyes,nobody notices XD

i normally use four colored squares per eye, or if necessary a gradient. It makes the end result look a little more polished. XD
