Is this a Quan Chi from a particular game, or just a general image, cus them sholder pads are insanely awsome, but i dont remember playing a game with them o.O

I never realized how much Quan Chi looked resembled a Cenobite.

The Cenobites are these demon-like creatures from another dimension in the mid 80s movie Hellraiser. [link] You could get a good reference point of what they look like from a quick Google image search.

Steampunk is retrofuturistic, like how Victorian people would have seen the year 2000.
Asiatic is a broad term for art/ clothing styles in Asia, ex. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai.
