First, I get a dictionaries or books of Pokemon.
Second, I use Internet to gather many reference pictures (as usual).
Third, I choose one or some picture. And I draw some sketch while I see some reference picture.
Forth, I use Photoshop to draw and color a picture.
And... please read a replay at Transform to Blaziken (colored)
Or you want to know how to color it with Photoshop
I think you can do it like me if you gather many reference picture (I think it's important) and use your imagination and use soft to edit pictures or other tools

Oh, Photoshop is very expensive to get it.
In fact, it cost about $1,500 for me to get 2 years ago
So if you haven't much money, how about Gimp [link] , it's free to use and it has nice tools to draw a picture
And you need to get a tablet if you want to draw digital art, it costs over $100 but it's very useful

I don't have an idea why you can't draw...that's your own question, so perhaps you should solve it by yourself
If you want to make computer graphics like me, tablet is indispensable. because...do you think can you draw a picture with only a mouse? I think it's very difficult to do it. You can understand soon if you try drawing a picture
But if you won't do it, you use a (color) pencils and scanner (and some tools), you haven't to get it.
There are many size tablets. But you need not to get large size, because it's too expensive.
In fact, I used A5(Bamboo Fun (Small) Silver Tablet with Pen, Mouse & Graphics Software) before but now, I use A4 one because A5 one broke. I have "Bamboo Fun (Medium) Silver Tablet with Pen, Mouse & Graphics Software" now. But I don't feel inconvenient
In (American) Amazon store, "Genius MousePen 8 x 6-Inch Graphic Tablet for Home and Office" is very inexpensive now.
I think you(and I) don't have to buy expensive one because you(and I) aren't professional. Though I think under 4(or5) inch is very small to draw a picture.

i seen the bamboo one at best buy. it was about 70$. but my aunt won't buy it for me and i didn't have the money on hand to get it either. i hate when that happens. but i will be trying to get in in the near future.

I think 320 is "320 GB" but..."3 Random Access Memory Speed"? It means 3GHz (FrontSide Bus' Speed)? or "3000 Revolutions Per Minute"?
By the way, my PC have 60GB now, but it's too small for me, so I bought 1TB and 256GB Portable HDD
