WOW...it's been so long since I last entered a contest just for the fun of it

This is for 's Twisted Fairy Tales contest [link]

The idea is to create a different version of a known fairy tale. In this version of Sleeping Beauty she doesn't prick her finger on the spindle, she cuts her wrist with it (well this way she'll defenitely sleep forever... *sarcasm*)

Why is this based in the Disney characters? Because I love Disney, so it's a 2 in 1 oh and the 'make it blue/ make it pink thing'? Maleficent makes it PURPLE

I'm quite satisfied with this for many reasons: it's something more dark than my usual art, it's a fanart of my favourite disney movie and it's the first work I'm doing after I finished the writing of my thesis

I'll defend it in October so I still didn't get rid of college for 100%, but the worst part it's done and I'm starting to get my personal life back (well at least a little bit, since I'm going to Angola again next week in business )
