You have to get the treasure chest in the pin ball in the sewer in Disney Town. It is locked So you have to hit all the pins in the pinball. When you hit all of them the cage blocking it will be opened.

You can also get it... Rarely through Command Melding by melding Curaga with Renewal Block/Barrier or Focus Block/Barrier. Granted, it's like, a 10% chance.

Not really... You have to meld Renewal Block first... And you need a TON of Curagas if you're gonna meld that, and then attempt to get Break Time on top of that. Not to mention you need to level ALL of those commands up first. AND,Β like I said, 10% chance, maybe less. Not that you need to get another one other than the one in the chest in Disney Town, unless you're Ventus. In which case, you'll need a spare Break Time if you want it. Melding Wind Raid with Break Time is the only way to get Faith.
