It's as if made an anime! This particular clip is from KO Beast, a show about a group of were-furries who are on quest to beat up a bunch of humans who look like elves and also have adventures. Also, there's a prophecy in there somewhere. This particular character is Bud of the "Bird Tribe", who turns into an anthropomorphic rooster whenever he is embarrassed. Mint (who is the guy clinging to his arms in this scene) is a were-tiger, while Mei-Mar just turns into a mermaid sometimes. Bud is probably the best character in the show, and I'm not just saying that because he at one point sings "I'm like a bird, I want to fly away!" in the English dub. XD

This is from the first episode of K.O. Beast, by the way. I recommend checking out this 7 episode OVA anime, if you're looking for a stupid Shonen action series that you can just shut your brain off for a while and enjoy. I dig this series and still dig it, despite its nonsensical nature.
