Yeesh, this took up far too much of my time :\ Hope it was worth it!I don't think I forgot anyone.. Can YOU spot them all ;D My favourites are the two gargoyles at the front
All characters belong to the brilliant mind of Terry Pratchett

It's simply awesome!!! (watch the exclamation marks!) I love how they not only stand there but actually interact with each other. Especially the look sergeant Stronginthearm is giving Cheery is brilliant! Such things make the picture come to LIFE!

I can't identify all the trolls. I know one troll has to be Detritus, but I didn't know there were multiple trolls in the Watch.

Yeah some of these only get a brief mention, like Constable Bluejon the biggest one, he's the biggest troll in the watch and the riot shield
