Double-D and Marie were my favorite Ed x Kanker pairing a few years back, but lately I've gravitated more towards these two because of how similar they are as cheery, air-headed goofballs with lots of imagination. When they're older, after Ed outgrows his fear of mushy girls and spends more time with May as partners in classes, I could see them eventually connect through movies and foodstuffs. They both like their sandwiches, Ed could go on and on with movie trivia, and then there's May's fantasies of being a TV star.
