Thank you kindly! We have Cooper's hawks and red-tailed hawks that frequently inhabit the Las Vegas area. I am still learning the subtle differences that distinguish these two beautiful raptors.

I think we surprised each other! I came around a corner and saw this beauty resting on the railing and managed to get a few shots in before my friend flew off. It's always an adrenaline rush to get a great photo opportunity, especially the fleeting ones!
