Red racer weather is upon us and I came across this fellow who had just caught a desert spiny lizard. I love desert spiny lizards, but understand the red racer must survive as well. I was amazed on how quickly the snake swallowed such a large meal and hope that it ended just as swiftly for his unfortunate lunch.
