Here is some unusual Fairy Tail fanart with Gray x Natsu as an arttrade with my dear friend on tumblr who is a devoted gratsu fan
This time I really took the challenge to draw some detailed Magnolia city background and I think the perspective is quite ok here ^^ Had also lots of fun adding all the snow and the lights. Personally, I do like the fire and ice contrast and pink versus black hair, anyways, I always try to be open to new stuff

Ohh wie nice, wie soll ich das sagen , ich habe jetzt auch nie vorgehabt ein mxm ( nicht das ich was dagegen habe oder so) so zu zeichnen ( bin nicht so der yaoi Fan ) aber toll das du dir diese Herausforderung genommen hast, sie sehen echt super süß zusammen aus !! Natsus lächeln alleine 😍

Oh my... my FT fav couples
This is a very lovely scene. Their outfits caught my eyes. They are so detailed and fashionable. The atmosphere is also well done.
The perspective is good here, but the buildings are lack of details and they seem a bit flatten and monotonous. Varying the elements will help, e.g. drawing different styles of door's and window's frames, or varying the height and color of the buildings. The most effective and reliable way is to study from the real photographs, or even observe your own neighborhood. ^^
Drawing something that you have never drawn before is a good challenge and it will improve your skills greatly. So don't be afraid to explore new things and keep on improving!

Detailed background is indeed exhausting, and require a lot more effort and time than drawing characters. But with practice and observation it can be improved and you can do it better and faster.
