That may be true (it certainly is for me), but then again I do tend to make the proportions a bit more cuddly and the shapes more rounded, so I take at least part of the plame here.

Mostly I just draw them. A LOT. xD I also recommend Aaron Blaise's relatively recent course on How to draw Canines like wolves and foxes: creatureartteacher.com/product…
It may be a bit pricy, but its fantastic and super helpful to me!  I feel like I don't actually know how to draw wolves yet to be honest xD
