Based on Stephen King's It, i give you The Ritual of ChΓΌd. By the way, Turtle's dead X]Still thinking wheter to keep the pencils on the finished pic, maybe as a 5% opacity layer. Maybe not.
5 minute quickie sketch + afternoon at Photoshop playing with nebula brushes (by me) and stuff. Starfield background resource by `hameed . Enjoy

I just recently read IT in its entirety no more than a couple months ago for the first time ever - so being that its still quite fresh in mind, I can't begin to tell you how splendidly awesome this picture really is 8D
Between the ghastly blue deadlights effect emanating like an aura from the symbol of the creature itself to the colossal tear in the rift of macroversal timespace representing the jaws of the hideous beastly spirit... damn, this picture just floors me! Looking forward to the finished piece ;3

Ooh...pretty cool. Not that I've read It, so I can't judge as to whether it makes sense that it's based on it... The teeth (assuming that's what they are) in the lower left look good. And I'd say leave the pencil in, has a ghosty quality to it over the rest of the image.

ye, that's what i thought bout it. plus, its easier to make mistakes with the wacom than with the pencil, and pencil is good for hiding that ¬¬

heh, actually the whole pic had that sketchiness, if you pay close attention to the white lines. i just coloured beneath the (inverted) pencils, the little fella just hasnt been CGd yet
