~PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION THERE IS IMPORTANT INFO DOWN HERE!!~Hiya people!! So I made a fire tutorial for Paint Tool SAI!!! Shout out to I HOPE THIS HELPS YA!!!
I am always searching for tutorials and have noticed although there are A LOT of good tutorials out there but there aren't a lot of SAI ones (but when I do find SAI tuts they are AWESOME and they help me a lot)
I usually look at Photoshop tuts and in my mind kinda "translate" it to what it would be in SAI ^-^' but even that is difficult sometimes.
So for all those Paint Tool SAI beginners [and not beginners

Hold up, where'd you get the blur tool from, as well as some other tools, 'cause I don't appear to have them. (Do they come with the full licensed version, 'cause at the moment I only have the trial, but will be getting the full version soon).

The blur tool should come with the trial version and it's the last brush. But if you are missing a few brushes you can duplicate a brush you have by right clicking and then setting it to the blur (or any other) default brush settings.
