Description - Goosebumps. Both the regular books and Give Yourself Goosebumps had this in more than a few chapters, in particular one I read a lot..Trapped in Bat-Wing Hall where you could either end up being turned into a bat or into a werewolf, as someone who is very much into vampires and also has a soft spot for bats (bats aren't evil, just because bats are often associated with vampires doesn't make them evil or scary. Vampire bats don't even drink human blood anyway) this was my favorite of the GYG books and for numerous reasons, then again one of my favorite Batman villains is Manbat (a villain who is yet to appear in any live action Batman movie despite originally going to be in Batman Forever and Batman Triumphant, the latter didn't get to happen because of how Batman and Robin bombed), and my favorite Bloody Roar character is Jenny (it helps one of her moves involves biting her opponent's neck like a vampire). These stories were written to scare children but I wasn't scared of these, An Old Story and Haunted Mask 2 terrify me because of the aspect of age progression (yeah the old man mask in the latter turns you into a creepy old man and the former well, how do I put this? The aunt feeds two boys prune cookies which ages them because she wants to make them old to date her friends, not even kidding) but I totally dig the werecreature, vampire and transformation related stories.
- An American Werewolf In London. I wouldn't be into werecreatures if it wasn't for this movie, I think everyone knows how amazing the special effects are for this movie are, I mean this movie won the very first Oscar for Best Makeup and this movie helped me love a director I was already a huge fan of...John Landis, you know I think Landis gets a bad reputation because of the Twilight Zone helicopter crash that resulted in the death of the two kids and Vic Morrow,  because he's actually one of my favorite directors.  An American Werewolf In London combines humor and horror in a way that is just perfect and the transformation scene is rivalled only by the one in the original Howling in terms of execution and design.  'From the director of Animal House, comes a different kind of animal'...that's the tagline that sold the movie for me, not only was it directed by John Landis but also at the time I was still (and still am) a fan of Animal House.  I got into werecreatures because of this movie.  Also did you know originally the people at Universal wanted Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi to play David and Jack? Yep, so now you know where the 'Were-Aykroyd' concept got inspired.
- Animorphs. I have tried to make my very own morphs to emulate the style of the covers but well...i'm not too good at them, I tried using Fantamorph, I have tried Squirlzmorph, and Facemorpher but none of them could ever rival what Elastic Reality did with those cover designs (I know there's a website where you can make animorph covers and I have tried it, but they don't look like what I hoped they'd look like) and well it's more than a coincidence the one I first one I saw was Ax morphing into a cow (considering I have a huge soft spot for cow transformations and cows in general) and also Super Rachel (seriously, the image of Rachel bulking up and growing claws is one I always thought was awesome).
- Wallace and Gromit: Curse Of The Wererabbit.
- Michael Jackson's Thriller.  This is why I love MJ, he was a monster kid...I can relate, I wanted to be a werecreature and a vampire myself (but not at the same time, I even have a wererat character I played as when I played DND) and since MJ was a huge American Werewolf fan i'm so glad he got Rick Baker and John Landis onboard. Originally the werecat version of him was supposed to be four legged but let's face it, two legs are easier for dancing and moving around, but I defiinitely do give kudos to both of them for including the AWIL transformation sounds in MJ's transformation.
- Teen Wolf. Here's a bit of a funny story about this movie, I didn't know it was a movie at first because I remember watching the cartoon over at a friend's house and being fascinated with it and this was back when VHS tapes weren't quite dying out yet, and imagine my surprise when I found out this was based on a movie. Call me biased but I like humanoid werewolf designs a lot.
- Numerous transformation websites including Kanada's old site. It was because of Kanada I got into Pokemon and Digimon as TF subjects. And it was because of some other sites I discovered a bunch of movies and shows with transformation in them.
- The Fly (1986).
- Michael Jackson's Ghosts.
- Dragonball. It wouldn't be a TF list without Oozaru now would it?
- Werecreature Documentary. Now I cannot remember the name of this documentary nor can I find it but I remember it was either on Animal Planet or History Channel (back when they didn't hyperfixate on conspiracy theories) and it was all about werecreatures and I remember a were-deer being mentioned, it may have been a nod to the native American legend of the 'Deer-Woman' (a woman who has the ears, antlers and legs of a deer) but I do remember a weredeer being one of the many werecreatures mentioned.
- Cat People (1982). The only thing that ruins this movie for me is the ending, yeah I don't like how Irena is a non-morphic panther at the end. I wish I could rewrite this movie's ending, same with Wolf (1994) because I thought that Will becoming a non-morphic wolf at the end was a bit sad.
- Transformation centric episodes of tv shows, but if I had to name a few probably Totally Spies: Wild Style, then again...I have a soft spot for human/feline hybrids.
-  Big Wolf On Campus. A tv show with a werewolf in it and the werewolf isn't a villain and is the hero?  Count me in. This is my favorite show, actually it's one of my many favorites because it just appealed to me in so many ways, I never missed an episode of it.
- Primal. This video game is probably the most badass video game I ever played because you play as a badass goth-girl named Jen who has the power to unlock demon forms.
- Bloody Roar. Talk about an underappreciated game franchise, I wish they made more games in this series but unfortunately it looks like that won't happen. It's about were-creatures of different species fighting each-other and all of their transformed forms are anthropomorphic? Awesome.  So many choices too, like you have a werebat, a werelion, a wereleopard, a weremole, a weretiger, etc but also even ones like a freaking phoenix and chimera.
- Doctor Jekyll and Miss Hyde. I used to think all TG captions were the same, some random schmoe growing boobs and turning female and becoming sex-crazed but I realize that's only just half of the TG spectrum as there are many different flavors of transformation and tg in general and I have this movie to thank for me getting into TG and also helped me develop a bit of crush on Sean Young.
- The mirror scene in 'Casper'.  This scene is a parody of the scene with Marty peeling his face off in Poltergeist, only it's Dr Harvey being possessed by Casper's uncle and morphing into Clint Eastwood, Rodney Dangerfield, Mel Gibson (don't worry, this was before he kind of lost it) and The Crypt Keeper, and it was definitely one of the scenes that inspired me.
- Numerous other music videos but if I had to name a few it would be 'Black Or White' (because MJ turns from and into a panther, and also the morphing at he end), Bark at the Moon because of the iconic image of Ozzy as a werewolf,  Shot In The Dark because it has a possession scene and a transformation of a rock music fan into the woman on the album cover.
