Description
I love antiques...I love the history, the story, behind everything. Who owned this? Who touched this last? Who were they? What were their hopes, their dreams, their passion...their joys and their sorrows? They were full of life, hope, love, dreams...and now? They have vanished into the fabric of time, only to be remembered by those who dig and search for them.
The necklace is of a 1941 dime given to my Dad by my Mom. The book is a German novel from 1780. The book under it is a French book on mathematics from 1802. The one in the background is a family Bible from the 1880s. The candlestick holder on the right is from a Spanish mission in San Francisco and dates from the early 1800s. Behind the candlestick is part of a Japanese scroll that dates back to the early 1700s.

Beautiful! The tones and focus here are lovely. Really great emphasis on some of the things we take for granted, like history or just books in general.
