I'm learning to do animations. I wanted to ask if I could have your permission to animate Passing Time. I will definitely state in the description that you are the sole owner of the art work and that I have only animated the artistic elements within the original artwork. I will not change colors or add anything to it except animated effects to the water, sky and trees.
