The bright colors against the night sky of the galaxy and the desolate desert of the landscape of the planet below... Makes for some absolutely wonderful art. Very impactful, and very striking. I just love the two wanderers just walking away, seemingly not noticing a star give its last gasps. It's quite saddening in a way, this funeral, if you will, going unattended. It's tragic, really. But seriously, great work. Love the shading on the rocks, their deeper brown compared to the sands and dirt around them. And just all the other little details, like the red galaxy in the distance, they just keep making this piece pop.
